Common questions
Do you come to my home?
Yes. I visit homes and offices in Selby, Goole, Snaith, Howden and the villages around them. You can also drop a computer off in Howden, and many problems can be fixed remotely.
How much will it cost?
I tell you what I think the problem is and give you a price before any work starts. If a computer isn't worth repairing, I'll say so.
Will I lose my files?
I aim to keep everything. If a drive is failing, I copy your files off first and tell you what I found before doing anything else.
Do you work with small businesses?
Yes. Many customers are small offices and sole traders who want one person to call when something stops working.
