How it works
You call or message me, I send you a link, and you let me connect for the length of the job. You can watch everything I do and end the session at any time.
Staying safe
Only ever let someone onto your computer if you contacted them first. If someone rings or a pop-up offers to fix your computer, it's a scam. Hang up and call me.

Is remote support safe?
Yes, when you've contacted the person yourself and you can see what they're doing. You can disconnect whenever you like.
What if it can't be fixed remotely?
I'll tell you straight away, and we can arrange a visit or drop-off instead.
