Repair or replace?
If a repair costs more than the machine is worth, I'll tell you and help you choose a sensible replacement rather than sell you one. Windows 10 reached the end of its security updates in October 2025, so older machines that can't run Windows 11 are worth a conversation.
Where the work happens
I can visit your home, take the computer to my workshop in Howden, or fix many problems remotely over the internet.
Typical price

How long does a repair take?
Many jobs are done the same day or within a few days. Parts can take longer. I'll give you a realistic time when I quote.
Can you recover my photos and files?
In most cases, yes. I copy your files off first if the drive is failing and tell you what I find before doing anything else.
