Lost photos or files? Often they can be rescued. I'll tell you honestly what's possible.
What I can often recover
- Photos and documents from a laptop that won't start
- Files from a failing hard drive or SSD
- Deleted files that haven't been overwritten
- Data from USB sticks and memory cards
Before you do anything else
Stop using the device. Every time it runs, there's a chance more data is lost. Don't run repair tools or reinstall Windows. Switch it off and call me.
Honest limits
Not every drive can be recovered. I'll tell you what I find and what's realistic before you spend anything on it. If a drive needs a specialist cleanroom, I'll say so.
Typical price

How long does recovery take?
A simple copy-off can take a few hours. A failing drive takes longer because it has to be copied carefully.
Will you look at my private files?
I only need to see that the files are there and copy them. I don't browse through your personal content.
